This application should specify the following items, which\nare as follows:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Name of consignor<\/li><li>Consignee name<\/li><li>Description, quantity and potency of each type of\nalcohol exported<\/li><li>Export route and check post on exit from state or\ncountry.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A license or permit from the appropriate excise duty\nof the state or union territory in which the alcohol is to be exported, which\nauthorizes the import of alcohol outside the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>A reference\nto a duly executed special bond or general bond in force or a document providing\npayment of duty information, or<\/li><li>Receipt or\nchallan for payment of duty in respect of alcohol exported to the Government\ntreasury.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Authorization\nto Export<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In case the\napplication is found to be in order, the commissioner will issue permission to\nspecify the name, quantity and strength of each type of alcohol.<\/li><li>A copy of\nthis permit will be sent to the appropriate excise officer of the exporter,\nstate or union territory for which the alcohol is to be exported.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Time Limit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Within a\nreasonable time period specified by the Commissioner on the permit, the\nexporter must produce a copy of the import permit imported with a certificate\nsigned by the Excise Officer of the State or Union Territory in which the\nalcohol is exported before the Assistant Excise Commissioner of State to\ncertify the scheduled arrival or otherwise of alcohol at its destination. <\/li><li>The\nCommissioner may extend this time period on a written application if valid and\nsufficient reasons are cited.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bond Discharge\n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In the case\nof alcohol exported under a special bond, the commissioner shall discharge the\nbond upon receipt of the certificate, provided that none of the terms of the\nbond has been violated. <\/li><li>In case the\ncertificate is not received within the time period mentioned in the bond or\npermit, or if any of the conditions on the bond or permit appear to be in\nviolation, the commissioner will take the necessary steps to recover the\npenalty from the executor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Particulars\nto be Mentioned on the Container<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Name &amp; mark\nof the distillery of the concerned state<\/li><li>Capacity of\nthe bottle<\/li><li>Quantity of\ningredients<\/li><li>Batch\nnumber and date of manufacturing<\/li><li>Price <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Concluding_Remarks\"><\/span>Concluding\nRemarks<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Indian alcohol Industry is one of the most vibrant\nin the world.
