All the compliances related with FSSAI License Renewal &amp; Validity compliances along with the registration has to be fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span lakhs) and fees for the FSSAI License Renewal &amp; Validity varies from INR 100 to INR 500 (depending upon the number of selected years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">State FSSAI License Renewal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is for all the food business operators\nwho falls under the State License criteria (whose turnover is between INR 12\nlakhs to 20 crores).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government fees for the renewal\nof food license can be INR 2000\/3000\/5000 for one year (it depends upon the\nkind of food business).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Central FSSAI License Renewal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is applicable for all the food business operators fall under <a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/central-fssai-license\"><strong>Central FSSAI License<\/strong><\/a> (whose turnover is more than INR 20 crores), and the government fees for this renewal is INR 7500\/year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit identity proof such as Driving License,\nAadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit two latest passport size photographs of\nthe applicant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Objection Certificate by Panchayat or\nmunicipality, Health Department, etc. (if any).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of a rented office, submit a copy of the\nrent agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For Central License or State License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Duly signed and completed Form B.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the latest passport size\nphotographs of Director\/Partner\/Proprietor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a layout plan of the food\nprocessing plant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the address proof of\nDirector\/Partner\/Proprietor\/Authorized Signatory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the list of all the directors\nalong with their contact details and full address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit Identity proof and address\nproof of the above persons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a list of all food categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The authority letter must be nominated\nby the manufacturer to act on behalf of him.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No objection Certificate (NOC) from\nany local body or municipality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Number and name of all the equipment\nas per installed capacity and horsepower for processing unit and manufacturing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a Partnership Deed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a copy of Memorandum of\nAssociation (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA) in case of a company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of hotel industry issued\nby the Ministry of Tourism.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of Central License, submit\na certificate from the Ministry of Commerce for 100% EOU.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of Central License, submit\nIEC documents which are issued by the DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign\nTrade).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit all the supporting documents as\na turnover proof (for Central License).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report on water samples used in food\n(in case of Central License).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possession proof such as the latest\nelectricity bill, sales deed, etc. (for Central License).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit a cancelled cheque.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure_for_FSSAI_License_Renewal\"><\/span>Procedure for FSSAI License Renewal<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>To complete the process, you need\nto follow the steps mentioned below to renew your FSSAI License:-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step of this process is\nto fill the application in Form A (which is for renewal of basic registration)\nand Form B (for the renewal of Central or State License) along with a signature\nof the authorized signatory and also attach a photo identity proof with the\nform which is issued by the Government. For filing the application form, go to\nthe website of FSSAI and create User Id and Password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The application for the renewal of\na license must contain an FSMS plan, audit report, self-declaration regarding\nFSMS (Food Safety Management System) has to be filed together. The declaration\nmust be provided on the letterhead of the firm\/company\/FBO as per the format. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, fill the Form IX (for\nNomination of Persons) and it is the company\u2019s responsibility to fill the form\nin a proper format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit duly signed declaration by\nthe Authorized signatory, which stated that the food business follows all the\nrules and regulations prescribed by the Food Safety and Standards Act. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After submitting the renewal of\nfood license application along with the prescribed fees, the authorities will\nverify and examine the application form, and if required, you need to arrange\nan inspection at the premises to make sure all the details of the food business\nprovided are true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It will take around 60 days to\ncomplete the process of FSSAI License Renewal. Suppose the process takes more\nthan 60 days or you have not received any notice from the concerning authority.\nIn that case, you can continue the business without waiting for further\ninformation or notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Consequences_when_the_FSSAI_License_Renewal_is_not_done_within_Prescribed_Time\"><\/span>Consequences when the FSSAI License Renewal is not\ndone within Prescribed Time<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the application for the FSSAI License Renewal &amp; Validity obligations are not filed within the prescribed date, then the FBO is charged with a penalty of INR 100 per day. To avoid such kind of penalties, the food business operators must renew the food license on time.
