It is required for manufacturing and processing units only.<\/li><li>The\u00a0<strong>trustees\u2019 name<\/strong>\u00a0with full address and contact details.<\/li><li>For\u00a0<strong>manufacturing and processing<\/strong>\u00a0units, the\u00a0<strong>list of machinery<\/strong>\u00a0along with the number installed capacity and horsepower used.<\/li><li><strong>Photo ID<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Identity proof<\/strong>\u00a0issued by Government authority to the proprietor\/trustees\/society members\/partners or authorized signing Authority.<\/li><li>In case of manufacturers, the list of food category desired to be      manufactured.<\/li><li>An authority letter with the name and address of a responsible person who will be held responsible along with the second responsible person describing the powers vested with them.<\/li><li>An absolute\u00a0<strong>analysis of water<\/strong>\u00a0that is used for food processing. The food safety\nofficer is authorized to\nperform the\ninspection of the premises\nof the food business operator\u2019s facility and examine their compliance level in accordance with the regulation. On the basis of the compliance level, the food safety officer marks it\nas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Compliance (C)<\/li><li>Non-compliance (NC)<\/li><li>Partial compliance (PC)<\/li><li>Not applicable\/Not observed (NA)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on the compliance level, the\nfood safety officer shall issue\nan improvement notice if\nrequired in accordance\nwith Section 32 of the FSS Act, 2006. The officer after giving the licensee a reasonable\nopportunity to show cause may cancel his license if the business operator fails to comply with the improvement notice.&nbsp;If any food business\noperator is aggrieved by\nthe improvement notice, he has the option to appeal to the Food Safety\u2019s State Commissioner.
