The States\nin which FoSCoS was functioning are Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Chandigarh, Odisha,\nGoa, Puducherry, Manipur and Ladakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement also said that\nsince 2011 the online&nbsp;FLRS (Food Licensing and Registration\nSystem)&nbsp;was the most important factor of the licensing network. It was\noperational in every State and approx 70 lakh licenses as well as registrations\nwere issued till date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement said\nthat&nbsp;FSSAI&nbsp;is initiating its new cloud-based improved food safety\ncompliance online platform which will commonly be known as&nbsp;FoSCoS.
