In addition, an\nalternative person and the person\u2019s powers in helping the Officials with\ninspection, collection of samples, packing and dispatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysis reports of water that\nwill be utilised in preparing food from an acknowledged or public health lab to\naffirm the potability (obligatory for manufacturing and processing units only)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proofs of the premise (rent\nagreement\/electricity bill\/sale deed\/etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affidavit of the formation of\nthe Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NOC from the producer\n(compulsory for re-labellers and re-packers as it were)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food Safety Management System\nscheme or credential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Milk supply source and\nprocurement plan for milk as well as the site of milk pool centres and in case\nof milk and milk products handling units whenever appropriate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Source of raw materials for\nmeat and meat processing units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pesticide residue reports of\nwater in case of companies manufacturing packaged drinking water, mineral water\nor carbonated water from a recognized or public health research facility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recall plan, if needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate imparted by a\ndepartment of Tourism (compulsory for hotels only)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No Objection Certificate from\nthe municipal district board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Form IX<\/strong> proposal of persons by the\norganisation alongside the Board resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For transporters, documents for\nturnover or self-declaration of the number of vehicles (If any).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is FSSAI for Railway Catering Vendors? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All food vendors, including petty\nretailers, hawkers, temporary food stall owners and other small-scale food\nbusiness operators whose annual turnover not exceeding Rs. <strong><em>12 lakhs<\/em><\/strong> or whose\nproduction capacity of food does not exceed <strong><em>100 kg\/ltrs<\/em><\/strong> per day must\nrequire FSSAI registration.
