PAN card acts\nas the primary ID proof.<\/li><li><strong><em>Address Proof of Partners:<\/em><\/strong> Partner\nhave to submit anyone document out of Voter&#8217;s ID, Passport, Driver&#8217;s license or\nAadhar Card. Name and other details such as address proof and PAN card should\nbe exactly same. If spelling is incorrect of its own name or father&#8217;s name, or\ndate of birth is different in address proof &amp; PAN card, it must be corrected\nbefore submitting to RoC.<\/li><li><strong><em>Residence Proof of Partners:<\/em><\/strong> The\nlatest bank statement, telephone bill, electricity bill, mobile bill, or gas\nbill has to be submitted as a residence proof. Such bill or statement must not\nbe more than 2 months old and must contain a name of partner as mentioned in\nthe PAN card. <\/li><li><strong><em>Photograph:<\/em><\/strong> Partners must also\nprovide their passport size photograph, preferably on white background.<\/li><li><strong><em>Passport <\/em><\/strong>(in case of Foreign\nNationals\/NRIs): For becoming the partner in Indian LLP, foreign nationals and\nNRIs have to submit the passport compulsorily. Passport must be notarised or\napostilled by the relevant authorities in a country of such foreign nationals\nand NRI, else Indian Embassy situated in that country can sign all documents.<\/li><li><strong><em>Foreign Nationals<\/em><\/strong> or NRIs have to\nsubmit the address proof also which can be a driving license, residence\ncard,&nbsp; bank statement, or any government\nissued identity proof containing the address. <\/li><li>If documents are in other language, then notarised\ntranslation copies must be attached.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documents of LLP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Proof of the Registered Office Address<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Proof of the registered office has to be\nsubmitted during LLP registration, within 30 days of its incorporation.<\/li><li>If a registered office is taken on rent, then rent\nagreement and a no objection certificate is obtained from the landlord. No\nobjection certificate has to be the consent of the landlord to allow the LLP to\nuse the place as \u2018registered office\u2019.<\/li><li>Besides, anyone document out of utility bills\nsuch as gas, electricity, or telephone bill must be submitted. The bill must\ncontain complete address of the premise and owner&#8217;s name and the document must\nnot be older than <strong><em>2 months.<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
