In order to avail this right, a creator has to obtain <a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/copyright-registration\"><strong>copyright registration<\/strong><\/a> for his work. If a work is protected under the Copyright Act, then no other person can copy, imitate, or reproduce that work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Process_for_E-filing_of_Copyright_Registration\"><\/span>Process for E-filing of Copyright\nRegistration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The steps required to be followed for E-Filing of Copyright Registration are as follows-<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Enter your valid login credentials; if you have not registered yet then click onto <strong><em>New User Registration.<\/em><\/strong> Keep your Login credentials for future use.<\/li><li>After Log in, click onto the link for \u201c<strong><em>Click for Copyright Registration<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.<\/li><li>The e-filing of Copyright Registration can be done in four steps by filing \u201c<strong><em>Copyright Registration Form<\/em><\/strong>\u201d-<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>The first step is to fill <strong><em>Form XIV <\/em><\/strong>and save the entered details. Press Step-2 to move to the next step;<\/li><li>The second step is to fill the <strong><em>Statement of Particulars <\/em><\/strong>and save the entered details. Press Step-3 to move for the further process;<\/li><li>The third step is to fill the <strong><em>Statement of Further Particulars.<\/em><\/strong> This form is available for Literary, Dramatic, Musical, &amp; Artistic works, save the entered details. Press Step-4 to move to the next step;<\/li><li>Make the relevant payment through <strong><em>Internet Payment Gateway<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>After successful completion of <em>\u2018Copyright Registration Form\u2019, <\/em>a <strong><em>Diary Number<\/em><\/strong> will be generated.
