Mobile Number.<\/li><li>For the verification purpose, an OTP (One Time Password) for confirming the details will be sent on Email and Mobile number.<\/li><li>The exporter needs to submit correct information in the online application form.<\/li><li>The exporter can submit the registration fee in either online or offline mode.<\/li><li>Application number will be generated after completion of the payment process.<\/li><li>The Login detail is sent to the registered email address of the exporter after the issuance of RCMC.<\/li><li>You can track the status of your\u00a0<strong>(EXPORTER)<\/strong>\u00a0RCMC application by clicking on the\u00a0<strong>\u201cTrack Application\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Issuing_Authorities_for_RCMC_are_given_below\"><\/span>Issuing Authorities for RCMC are given below<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>In case, the EPC is unable to cover the import export; then the RCMC can be obtained from the FIEO.<\/li><li>\u00a0<strong>SHEFEXIL (Shellac and Forest Products Export Promotion Council)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Forest Exporters<\/li><li><strong>Electronic and Computer Software EPC (ESC)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Software Exporters<\/li><li>Exporters of 14 services which are listed in the Handbook of Procedures need to register with EPC while the other service exporters are required to register with FIEO.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_can_you_apply_for_RCMC\"><\/span>How can you apply for RCMC?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Any exporter,\nwho desires to obtain the RCMA, needs to make an application to the Export\nPromotion Council declaring the mainline of business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Here two condition arises:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>If the export product is not done by the Export Promotion Council\/Commodity Board, the RCMC can be obtained from the FIEO.<\/li><li>For multi-product exporters not registered with the EPC, (the mainline of business not settled), the exported needs to obtain the RCMC from FIEO.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_the_Validity_of_RCMC\"><\/span>What is the Validity of RCMC?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The RCMC is\nvalid for five years from 1<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;April of the licensing year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Penalty under the RCM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Export\nPromotion Council can remove the exporter\u2019s registration for a certain period\nif they violate the conditions of registration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion\"><\/span>Conclusion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As we all\nknow that identification is necessary for every service to begin, the final\nwords suggest that an exporter needs the FIEO registration to carry out\ninternational trading and prove his\/her authenticity.
