According to the general rules of the Shops and establishments License, no Chicken Mutton Shop or any commercial establishments on any day can be opened earlier than time prescribed or closed later than prescribed hour as fixed by the Government or relevant authority, by general or distinct order provides that any customer waiting to be at the closing hour set can be served during the last fifteen minutes immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Government\nshall hold an inquiry in the prescribed manner and can fix different timings\nfor different classes and different areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chicken Mutton License Renewal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the Act, every Chicken Mutton License perishes at the end of the year for whichever it is approved or at such earlier date as the officer may for distinct reasons specified in the license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Generally, the licenses should be renewed every\nyear-.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Licenses\nrenewed are effective up to 31st March of the Year.<\/li><li>The\nrenewal should be in the month of April.<\/li><li>The\nfees should be the same as that of a new license applied.<\/li><li>If\nthe license is renewed after 30th of April, the late fee charge will be charged\nas 5% of the prescribed fees per month.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"License_Renewal_Fees\"><\/span>License Renewal Fees<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>The fees are the same as for a new license.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>If\na Chicken Mutton License is renewed between 1st March &amp; 30th April, there\nare no late fees.<\/li><li>If\nthe Chicken Mutton License is renewed after 30th April, the late fee charge\nwill be charged as 5% of the prescribed fees per month.<\/li><li>If\nit is renewed after one year, then the late fee charge of the actual fee of the\nlicense each year or part thereof shall be paid.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Documents Required For the Renewal Of License<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Original\nLicense copy,<\/li><li>Any\nother documents, if asked for.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Amendment_and_Issue_of_Duplicate_License\"><\/span>Amendment and Issue of Duplicate License<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All types of\namendment applications are processed similarly to the issue of new licenses\nexcept the issuance of any duplicate license. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This has to be\nhandled from any of the Citizens Service Bureau of any respective state.
