The complaint must be filed with a fee of Rs. 500\/-. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaint to Himachal Pradesh RERA Authority<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Any complaint related to violations\nof the RERA Act, or RERA Rules and regulations<\/li><li>Except those that can be filed\nwith RERA adjudicating officer<\/li><li>It can be filed before RERA\nAuthority in a Form &#8216;M&#8217; on its portal, after paying a prescribed fee of Rs.\n500\/-<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The RERA Authority must, after following\nthe prescribed procedure, dispose of the complaint within 60 days of filing. If\nit is not disposed of in the said period, the officer must record the reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Complaint to the Himachal Pradesh RERA Tribunal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>RERA Tribunal is the second appellate\nauthority. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Any person who is aggrieved by\norder of the RERA authority or an adjudicating officer<\/li><li>It can file the complaint to\nHimachal Pradesh RERA Tribunal in Form &#8220;N&#8221; in physical within 60 days\nfrom date of receipt of such order after paying a prescribed fee of Rs. 1000\/-.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Process_of_filing_RERA_complaint_in_Himachal_Pradesh\"><\/span>Process of filing RERA complaint in Himachal Pradesh<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The RERA Act, 2016, was passed to protect\nall buyers from the fraudulent practices of developers and create transparency\nin real estate transactions. This Act became effective from 01 May 2017 to\nensure speedy dispute redressal in the real estate sector. With this motive in\nmind, each state has formed its state Act, its website, and its particular\nauthority, thereby providing an opportunity to all buyers to file complaints\nagainst any default with respect to the registered project or the agent\nservices.
