(L1 is non-MSEs).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procurement from Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSEs)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The department, Central Ministries and PSUs must set an annual aim of at least 25% of the total annual purchase out of which 3% is for the unit\u2019s owner by the women entrepreneurs, and 4% is for the units owned by SC\/ST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Schemes_under_NSIC\"><\/span>Schemes under NSIC <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Credit Facilitation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ability and the competency to pay back loans are\ndetermined under the credit facilitation scheme. This is generally done by an\nindependent third-party. Because of this scheme, MSMEs credit rating can become\nmore qualified and secured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Raw Material\nAssistance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The financing options are provided under this scheme to\nMSME to procure raw materials at some concessional rates. Also, the marketing\ninitiatives see a growth through this system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Infrastructural\nScheme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the infrastructural scheme of NSIC, the\ninfrastructural support and development is given to all the SSI and MSME at\nnational level. Infrastructural support shall include working upon all the\ninfrastructure of the systems that are utilised by the MSME and SSI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hence, MSME can take all the above benefits by utilising all the facilities provided by the above given schemes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eligibility_Criteria_for_Obtaining_NSIC_Registration\"><\/span>Eligibility Criteria for Obtaining NSIC Registration?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Following\ncriteria need to be satisfied for obtaining the NSIC Registration <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Under SPRS (Single Point Registration Scheme), every Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) consisting of Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum (UAM)\/EM- Part II (Optional) can obtain NSIC registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Those MSE (Micro small enterprises) which are already engaged in production but have existed for less than one year can get the Provisional Registration Certificate under the SPRS. Such enterprises are provided with the NSIC Registration under SPRS with INR 5 lakh and a validity period of one year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_The_Documents_Required\"><\/span>What are The Documents Required?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Documents are\nthe mandatory part of any registration process. This list of documents for the\nNSIC Registration is listed below:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Udyog Aadhaar Information or the Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete details on the equipment and machinery in the premises. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ID Proof such as PAN Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company\u2019s Incorporation certificate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MOA (Memorandum of Understanding) and AOA (Article of Association) of the Company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledgement copy of MSME or SSI registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Director\u2019s Declaration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plant and machinery details such as the original value of the asset, date of purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In stock details of finished goods and raw materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of ISO 9000<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/bis-registration\" title=\"BIS Certification\"><strong>BIS License&nbsp;<\/strong><\/a>(Bureau of Indian Standard License).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ownership documents (self-attested)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banker\u2019s report related to the applicant\u2019s financial status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Profit and loss statement audited balance sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A list of cities where the services are being provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form A provided by the Registrar of firms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_the_procedure_for_obtaining_the_NSIC_Registration\"><\/span>What is the procedure for obtaining the NSIC Registration?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>At first, you need to visit the official portal of NSIC (National Small Industries Corporation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, click on the option \u201cApply online\u201d and upload the documents thereafter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After uploading the documents, you need to fill the required Company details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The next step is to pay the NSIC Registration fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The NSIC will verify the copy of documents and on successful verification of the documents; the NSIC will issue the license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_the_Registration_charge\"><\/span>What is the Registration charge?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the latest audited\nfinancial statements, the total charges for the NSIC Registration vary\naccording to the Business turnover. NSIC registration consists of three charges\nin it, namely registration charges, inspection fee and professional fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For businesses with turnover less than 1 Crore \u2013<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The micro-enterprises whose\nturnover is less than INR 1 Crore has to pay the INR 3000 as the registration\nfee whereas the small enterprises whose turnover is less than INR 1 Crore are\ncharged a fee of INR 5000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For businesses with turnover more than 1 Crore \u2013<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The micro-enterprises whose\nturnover is more than INR 1 Crore has to pay the INR 3000 plus an additional\nfee of INR 1500 as the registration fee whereas the small enterprises whose\nturnover is less than INR 1 Crore are charged a fee of INR 5000 plus an\nadditional fee of INR 2000 for each Crore of turnover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NOTE \u2013 As per the audited\nfinancial statement, the total cap registration fee is NR 1 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspection Charges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspection charges are paid in\naddition to the registration fee by the MSMEs. The micro-enterprises need to\npay INR 2000 for the micro-enterprises and INR 3000 for small enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Professional fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to all these charges,\nthe MSME need to pay the professional fee to the Consultancy Development Centre\nand RITES Limited for undertaking the physical inspection. For the\nmicro-enterprises, the professional fee is INR 6000, and for micro-enterprises,\nthe fee is INR 8000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Conclusion\"><\/span>Conclusion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>MSME leverages an array of benefits through the NSIC registration as it has several advantages in terms of marketing, credit and technical support.
