The previous difference between the manufacturing and the services sectors under the MSME is now removed. The removal shall create uniformity between the sectors. The DIC department has\nthe power to issue the MSME Registration certificate along with the MSME\nnumber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_the_government_initiatives_in_promoting_the_MSME_Sector\"><\/span>What are the government\ninitiatives in promoting the MSME Sector?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a recent statement by the Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, the Minister told that the MSME Sector is contributing significantly in pushing the country\u2019s economic growth and generating employment.\u00a0 The MSME Ministry will work closely with its commerce counterpart to have an estimate of the percentage of goods which are being imported in our country. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This study will help us to dig an alternative as if we can look for an opportunity that will decelerate the import of goods by manufacturing these particular items in our own country through the small scale industries. The Banks offer collateral-free loans to MSME\nenterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Octroi Benefits<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nGovernment of India has to provide the benefits of the refund of the Octroi\nlevied on the goods and services. But without the MSME Registration, these MSME\nEnterprises need to pay the Octroi for these goods and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exempted from paying the Stamp duty and Registration charges<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The MSME\nenterprises do not need to pay the Stamp Duty and registration charges, unlike\nthe enterprises which expand their business in the IT park or SEZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Exemption from the Income Tax<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nenterprises under the MSME Sector are exempted from the income tax benefits in\nthe initial years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Subsidy under the Bar Code Registration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p> Under the MSME Sector, the enterprises or the manufacturing units can avail the benefit of the subsidy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_the_Documents_required_for_the_MSME_Registration\"><\/span>What are the Documents required\nfor the MSME Registration?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the\nchecklist of documents required for the MSME&nbsp;Registration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>PAN Card details of all the partners\/ proprietor and directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aadhar Card details of all the partners\/ proprietor and directors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of the ownership premises such as the allotment letter or lease agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of the Rent agreement (if it is rented flat) and NOC from the landlord along with the utility bills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the sale bill (for each end product) and purchase bill (raw material purchased).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of Partnership deed ( for the Partnership firms)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of MOA and AOA and Incorporation Certificate (for the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/company-registration\" title=\"Private limited company registration\"><strong>Private limited company registration<\/strong><\/a>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of Industrial License (Industrial Development and Regulation Act,1951)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchase bill of any kinds of machinery installed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank account statement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure_for_applying_the_registration_process_of_MSMESSI\"><\/span>Procedure for applying the\nregistration process of MSME\/SSI<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The registration of MSME is to be done in the government portal of Udyam <strong>registration<\/strong>. The registration of MSME can be done under the given below two categories in the government portal \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>For the New Entrepreneurs &#8211;&nbsp; those\nwho are not registered as MSME yet and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For those with the registration as EM-II or UAM and also those having\nregistration as EM-II or UAM via Assisted filing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For New Entrepreneurs who are not\nRegistered as MSME<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The New entrepreneurs have to click on the home page \u201cFor New Entrepreneurs who are\nnot Registered yet as MSME\u201d for registering MSME. The New MSME registration is done by providing the Aadhaar\ncard number in the given\nbelow two ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Registration With PAN Card or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration Without PAN Card <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fill the MSME Form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The MSME\nRegistration is an online process in which the applicant has to fill all the\nrequired details in the application form and submit it to the concerned state\ndepartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gather all the documents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare all\nthe documents required as per the MSME Registration application form.\nGenerally, the entire process usually takes about one to two working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">File the MSME Application form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, you have\nto upload all the required documents and submit the application to the MSME\nRegistrar. In the recent budget presented in the Parliament on July 5,\n2019, the finance minister Smt.
