Names expiring any day from <strong>March 15, 2020, to May 31<\/strong>; according to MCA, would be <strong>extended by 20 days<\/strong>, which means further than May 31, 2020. For reserving the name for 20 days regarding a newly established company, as per the company rules, a form <strong>&#8216;SPICe+ Part B&#8217;<\/strong> is required to be filed within <strong>20 days<\/strong> of name reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"SRN-_Extensions_for_Resubmission\"><\/span>SRN- Extensions for Resubmission<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the MCA rules of Extensions\nfor Resubmission concerning the<strong>SRNs\n(Service Request Number),<\/strong>the last date of Extensions for Resubmission\n(RSUB) falls from March 15, 2020, to May 31 2020, for validity for companies; where\nan <strong>additional 15 days<\/strong> beyond May 31,\n2020, would be permissible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, the Extensions for\nResubmission would be provided on a case to case basis for those who\u2019s SRNs\nalready got marked under NTBR (Not to be taken on Record). However, the forms\nwill not get marked to \u2018NTBR\u2019 due to non-resubmission during this extended\nphase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"LLP_Incorporations\"><\/span>LLP Incorporations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For new<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/corpbiz.io\/llp-registration\"><strong>LLP incorporation<\/strong><\/a><strong>\/change of name<\/strong>, got additional extended for names reserved for <strong>90 days<\/strong>. According to MCA, names expiring any day from March 15, 2020, to May 3, 2020, would be <strong>extended by 20 days<\/strong>, which goes beyond May 31, 2020.
