The officers have been asked to check whether the brands comply with the labelling norms set by the FSSAI. The food regulator has also asked the officials to take immediate action against defaulting manufacturers who are found flouting the rules and submit a report by June 1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nAs per the rules set by FSSAI, the edible oils made from multiple\nvegetable edible oils cannot be sold under the head of the\n\u201ccommon\/generic\u201d ingredient of single oil used in the blend.
