The new mechanism will include virtual inspections through videos and images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FSSAI has segregated eight categories: dairy, meat, fish, egg, nutritionbased food, prepared food, and Indian sweets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inoshi Sharma, executive director, compliance strategy\nFSSAI, said a plan had been prepared, keeping in mind the risk involved with\nfood.
